Working With Me
I’m Deirdre Egan, Nutritional Therapist and Mindset Coach.
True transformation doesn’t happen overnight; it is the result of consistent support, guidance, and accountability. I work on a package only basis as I believe accountability is key to long lasting change. My packages all start with a one-hour nutrition consultation followed by weekly half hour check ins. These check-ins keep you engaged, consistent, and moving forward and help reinforce habits, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build new routines over time.
My fees reflect the time and expertise involved in delivering high-quality, personalised care. This includes thorough preparation before each appointment, research into your unique needs, developing tailored nutrition and lifestyle plans, and interpreting any GP or functional test results. I pride myself on offering safe, evidence-informed recommendations that are both realistic and effective.

How It Works
Book Your Appointment
I believe that nutrition is one piece of the wellbeing jigsaw. The first thing we do is discuss your health goals. During our time together we will look at how you are sleeping, moving, managing stress, and even whether you’re finding moments of joy in your life.
Complete a Questionnaire
During a nutritional therapy consultation, we build a comprehensive picture of your diet, lifestyle, medications, supplements, medical history, and health concerns. Before our first meeting, you will be required to complete a detailed questionnaire to help us focus on your unique needs.
Develop a Plan Together
Together, we will develop a safe, effective, and achievable health plan designed to optimise your nutrition and wellbeing. I believe in meeting you where you’re at and every recommendation is fully discussed and agreed before the end of the session.
Receive Your Health Plan
After your consultation, you will receive your health plan detailing the nutritional and lifestyle guidance we discussed. I may also recommend supplements to support your health goals. I am happy to work alongside your GP and other health professionals, if necessary.*
Sometimes I will recommend functional testing to quickly get to the root cause of your issue. Some of the tests I use are stool tests for gut health, Dutch tests for hormonal issues, and blood tests to assess nutrient deficiencies and assess overall wellbeing.
* I have an extensive network of health professionals I can refer you to should you need a PT, an osteopath, a psychotherapist etc.
Working with Deirdre has transformed the way I feel.
I am someone who is running on all cylinders at all times, and naturally I was run down, stressed, and exhausted when I met Deirdre. I already had a very healthy eating plan and exercise regime, but Deirdre helped identify areas where I was depleted in crucial vitamins. The supplement plan she has me on, and her advice on stress, nutrition, and exercise has restored the true balance in my chaotic life and I feel better, stronger, and healthier than I have done in years.
I feel amazing, so much energy, clarity in my food choices for a healthy, balanced diet.
When I started with Deirdre, I suffered with IBS, bloating, hot sweats, extreme tiredness and other perimenopausal symptoms.
The work we have done together has been life-changing, and I feel confident to embrace the next stage of my journey as a woman into the menopause thanks to Deirdre and all her hard work and knowledge.
I can’t thank you enough Deirdre for getting to the bottom of my condition.
I had been struggling with dizziness for a good six months to the point it was taking over my life. My energy levels were low, I couldn’t concentrate, and I constantly felt like I had a hangover (without drinking a drop I would like to add).
Deirdre helped me to understand how my body works and how certain food and drink and an imbalance of hormones could be impacting my body. I’m literally a new person.
A million thank yous.
